Our manufacturing facility specializes in the production of In-Mold Label (IML) tubes, providing customers with a sustainable, made-in-USA manufacturing solution, reducing carbon footprint and transportation lead times for North American destinations.

We are expanding the capabilities at our HQ manufacturing operations to include rigid packaging products, including extrusion blow molding (EBM) and injection molding.

State-of-the-art Plant

Currently ICONS America has 4 production tube lines, with extensive shipping and receiving docks and warehouse.

Over 160,00 sq ft facility

Our manufacturing location in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA is a 160,000 square foot facility sitting on 63 acres of prime industrial parkland.

The modular design of our facility allows a ready to build out expansion to broaden our capabilities with made-in-USA quality products.

Our on-shore USA manufacturing facility reduces carbon footprint and shortens shipment delivery lead times to North America locations.

Sustainable Materials

Our IML tubes and closures are fully recyclable mono-material PP, that meet APR and Recyclass recycling guidelines. Available with PP PCR.

Recycle and regrind

We regrind our PP production scrap on site and loop it back into the same mono-material stream. 100% of in-house regrind is recycled and reused.
