Sr. NPD Project Manager

In this role, you will be a key member of the New Product Development (NPD) team, responsible for managing the development of new tooling and leading projects from concept through to successful product launch. You will oversee the implementation of new product designs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Strong project management skills are essential, while experience in plastic packaging development within the cosmetics and beauty industry would be highly advantageous.
Working closely with Designers, Engineers, Business Development Managers, clients, and other internal stakeholders, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams throughout the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include guiding product design, testing, process development, quality assurance, validation, and prototype production, while ensuring tooling validation activities are completed on schedule. NPD Project Engineer
Job title: NPD Project Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to develop cosmetic and beauty packaging products from reviewing component drawings, creating packing specifications and offering technical support to our internal development teams. You will lead the technical project by monitoring all technical aspects of the project, analyze results and taking/suggesting appropriate actions so that agreed project goals will be met.
Experience in Solidworks (or equivalent CAD software), as is injection moulding, specifically in high volume plastic packaging in the cosmetic and beauty industry is a plus. This role requires a detail-minded person with excellent problem solving, communication and negotiation skills as you will be working closely with both internal teams and factories to ensure products meet agreed client specifications as well as quality and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Engineering degree in Industrial Design, Plastics, Mechanical or equivalent discipline
- 1 years related working experience (Graduate would also be considered)

NPD Assistant
Job title: New Project Development Assistant

In this role, you will support the New Project Development team by organizing samples to be sent to clients and to factories, follow up sample requests to factories, create approval and range boards for client approvals and follow up with factories for quotations. You will also provide assistance to support the team as needed for project development.
This role requires a person that is detailed oriented and that has excellent organizational skills. Good communication and reporting skills are also a must as you will be working closely with the New Project Development team to keep them up to date on projects and ensure tasks are followed up to meet clients’ deadlines and requirements.
Good knowledge of international courier. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is required, and experience in plastic packaging development in the cosmetic and beauty industry is a plus.

Packaging Artwork Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for the artwork checking process for cosmetic and beauty packaging products. - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Position Summary: The Finish Line Operator oversees the operation of assigned finishing and packing line machinery, ensuring adherence to production schedules and maintaining product quality. This role involves troubleshooting processes, conducting part inspections, and coordinating with support personnel as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor assigned finishing and packing line machinery.
- Execute production schedules and perform mold/material changes as required.
- Conduct process troubleshooting and ensure part conformity and quality.
- Verify paperwork, conduct inspections, and monitor equipment readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure dimensions of finished workpieces for specification conformity.
- Mount, align, and secure tools, attachments, and workpieces.
- Listen for and address operational issues promptly.
- Adjust machine settings and tools as needed.
- Perform tool changes and workpiece placement adjustments.

Maintenance Technician (On-site)

Position Objective:
Under minimal supervision, perform advanced skilled level duties for preventative and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems used in industrial processes and facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, set up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and equipment.
- Diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and schematics.
- Perform preventive maintenance on molds and tools, documenting repairs.
- Maintain and repair plastics injection mold machinery, robots, and packaging equipment.
- Collaborate with production to service equipment per schedule.
- Record maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Perform control troubleshooting and start-up/shutdown of plant equipment.
- Lead special projects and upgrades as needed.
