Quality, Shipping, and Certifications
01. Can you supply packaging that meets my country’s regulatory requirements?
Yes, we supply products globally and will confirm with you at the start of development which markets your product will be sold so we can ensure the product and materials meet the requirements of your region.
02. What factory certification requirements can you meet?
ICONS America LLC holds ISCC PLUS certification and the manufacturers we work with hold a variety of certifications including social accountability certifications ETI/SA8000/BSCI, quality certifications such as ISO 9001 and GMP and environmental certifications such as ISO 14001. If you have certification requirements, please let your ICONS America business development manager know.
03. Do you have a quality assurance program?
Yes. We have our own exclusive quality assurance program and supplier evaluation process which includes QA during development and ICONS America QC inspections before delivery of every shipment. We follow strict guidelines to source and produce products according to specifications. Our proprietary, industry leading Quality Assurance program is based on international sampling method ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 and includes on-site quality engineering, quality control and project management. As a result, our clients always receive top-tier quality and service.
04. What shipping options are available?
Standard options include Freight on Board (FOB); Cost, Insurance, Freight (CIF); Delivery Duty Paid (DDP); Delivery At Place (DAP) and Delivered and Duty Unpaid (DDU). Shipping options can be negotiated in the beginning stages of our partnership when the project is in development.

05. Does ICONS America have its own tooling?

06. Can you develop a new tooling product design?
Yes. We have several product engineers, product designers and a full development team on staff that can work with you to design bespoke packaging or customize existing packaging.
07. I can’t find a product I want. Where can I see more options?
Our website features some of our most popular items, but since we have such a large selection of items there are too many to feature on our site. Instead, please email us your request with details about your project including quantity, size, shape, benchmark picture and any other special requirements.
08. Do you have a full catalog or list of items?
No, but ICONS America can provide any cosmetic and beauty packaging product since we work with many manufacturing sources. We have too many products available to put in a catalog. Instead, please contact us by filling out the form below including any details about your project, such as size, shape, quantity requirements and any other special requirements you need. 09. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product, however, our standard is 20,000-25,000 pieces.
10. How do you accept artwork?
We request artwork in PDF or AI format. Photographs should be 300 dpi and artwork can be sent via email.

11. Which payment terms do you accept?
When you first begin your relationship with us, we will send you our New Client Application Form and work with you to confirm payment terms based on credit history.

13. Is ICONS America a private or publicly owned company?
ICONS America is a privately owned company, founded by CEO Susanne Nichols in 1991.
