Our journey together begins with ideas, brand alignment, product targets, sustainability goals and budget.
Design concepts
Our design team provides drawings and CAD designs fitting form, function, and aesthetics, bringing your vision to life.
3D models
Our in-house design lab uses advanced technologies and state-of-the-art 3D printers to provide 3D models for your review of feel, fit, and functionality.
Design approval
Agreed specification and tolerances all signed off. Once you're happy with the design we move on to tooling.
Tooling
Tool mold build begins with clear timelines and detailed tooling specifications.
Validation
Our in-house engineer and quality assurance teams validate every tool, performing dimensional and functional checks ensuring every cavity meets agreed specifications.
Mass production
100% to spec samples and specification sheets are agreed and approved and mass production proceeds.
