International Cosmetic Suppliers Ltd (ICS) is founded in Taipei, Taiwan.
ICS moves its headquarters to Hong Kong, expanding globally in the following years to offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, USA, Europe, UK and Australia.
ICONS Beauty Group makes strategic investment in ICS, leading to ICS rebrand as ICONS|ICS.
Acquired manufacturing facility in Mt. Kuring-Gai, near Sydney, Australia, now operating as ICONS|Rauxel Pty Ltd, specializing in the production of haircare and skincare formulations.
Acquired manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC, USA, now operating as our headquarters as ICONS America LLC.
ICONS opens ICONS America LLC Taiwan Branch and integrates ICONS|ICS operations into ICONS America.
